Reggie White is a strategic health care and employee benefits executive with more than 35 years of experience driving transformation and revenue growth. He has led commercial teams at Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross, overseeing up to $3B in revenue and serving more than 2.5 million customers across major national markets.
Throughout his career, Reggie has specialized in the public sector and labor space. At Cigna, he was selected to lead national expansion of the Government & Education business, growing the organization’s footprint from eight to fifteen active markets and delivering seven consecutive years of double-digit earnings growth. His success has been driven by a deep understanding of public-sector procurement, stakeholder relationships, and complex sales environments across markets such as Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, South Florida, and the DC/Maryland region.
Reggie is widely known as a “player’s coach” with a passion for developing underperforming sales teams and elevating high-potential leaders. His leadership style is grounded in real-world experience, credibility, and a commitment to practical, execution-focused coaching.
This passion led him to launch Oakwood Growth Partners, a boutique advisory firm focused on sales training, leadership coaching, and business development strategy, particularly in public-sector markets.
Reggie holds a Finance degree from the College of William & Mary, where he was a four-year letterman, two-time All-American, team captain, and Sports Hall of Fame inductee. He has served on several boards and remains active in youth mentorship through his pro-bono initiative, The Oakwood Growth Hub.
